Artist. Daughter of C.Y. O'Connor who came with his family from New Zealand to Western Australia in 1891. Studied art at Perth Technical College with James Linton. In 1910 went to live and work in Paris. During her years in Paris sought the company and advice of impressionist artists such as Vuillard and Bonnard. Airman. Joined the Royal Flying Corps in 1917 and served with RAF in Egypt in 1918. Commercial pilot in New Zealand and Scotland before joining West Australian Airways in 1924, flying on the north-west routes. In 1929, joined in the search for Kingsford-Smith who crashed in the Kimberleys. Completed the England-Australia Centenary race in 1934.
